A one-on-one meeting with our aged care specialist Financial Planner is an opportunity to discuss your situation, care goals, questions, options and general costs. It usually runs for 60–90 minutes. Family members are invited to attend.
We provide clear, impartial information about the aged care system and discuss relevant options, tips and traps. We answer your questions and provide information relevant to your circumstances; no personal advice is provided at this stage.

AGED CARE ADVICE
This service provides a comprehensive aged care financial plan based on your circumstances, finances and care goals. We compare potential strategies, recommend the most suitable approach, and consider how each option may affect your family, estate planning and overall financial outcomes.

AGED CARE IMPLEMENTATION SERVICE
Once your plan is agreed, we help put it into action. Over 12 months, we assist with paperwork, Centrelink and Services Australia forms, facility liaison, agreed financial changes, fee reconciliations and cashflow setup, while remaining available to answer questions and help resolve issues.
- This service suits those who are time poor or prefer us to manage the administration so they can focus on their loved one.

Come along to one of our upcoming Aged Care Workshops where you can attend in a small group style setting around our Boardroom for more detailed Aged Care information as it relates to your personal situation.
Brenda Will our Aged Care Specialist Financial Planner along with Carol Hunter our Aged Care Associate Adviser will take you through 2 detailed Aged Care Case Studies with real life examples which will allow you to have a deeper understanding of your personal situation and assist with answering your questions in a more intimate workshop environment.
These workshops will be capped at 10 people per session to attend.
